Right by the heart of corpus christi where everything is near best restaurants and malls.. loved it.. i went there for multiple reasons and i found everything near and the place is very peaceful..

we booked in advance but when we got there we checked in and went straight to our room to find a destroyed room that was being repaired. went back to the front desk and were given another room. it was bad. dirty carpets with a hole in the wall and a dirty washcloth in the tub. wouldnt ever go back!

Days Inn Corpus Christi South offered us a good place to stay and relax during our Labor Day weekend get-a-way. The rooms were average on cleanliness and attractiveness. The pool was clean. The continental breakfast is a definate positive for traveling families----prevents you from having to spend money or time elsewhere. The cleaning staff, cooks, and maintenance personnel were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their kindness. The front desk clerks did their job. I had no problems here.

Real simple? This place is in need of a serious cleaning. It is a pit! Roaches in my room. Nasty filthy floors, no water pressure and I was over charged. Bedspreads were filthy. Shower and bathroom was covered in sticky mildew. Really though the roaches did it for me. As soon I saw that I was out the door. I am visiting from SF for the windsurfing championships. This place needs to be burned to the ground. Yeah, the staff is friendly.

WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE WERE GREETED WITH A SMILE, THE CLERK NAME WAS MELINDA SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORABLE. AND THE PRICE WAS NOT BAD. I WOULD CONSIDER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, AND THE BREAKFAST WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.

We checked in, but did not go to the room immediately, we went to dinner and two hours later came back to the hotel to find that the room we were given was disgusting, the towels had been hung nice and neat..HOWEVER they were filthy.. there were holes in the wall, the shower was totally gross. When we went to the front desk to get our money back they said we could not get it back because it had been two hours since we checked in..Note: always check your room immediately..If you go down the highway you can find a MUCH nicer hotel for cheaper rates...RED ROOF INN!!!!

My family and I checked into our motel room, only to find wet carpet and furniture, dirty sheets and an exceptional amount of black mold on the ceiling, walls and upholstery. The mold activity in the room had us fearing for our health, and we checked out immediately after we arrived. We were able to find another hotel just down the street that was not only cleaner, but offered lower rates. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like the service ececially the front desk. The breakfast was very good in the morning.In my personal opinion....if you are looking for a clean hotel room at a fraction of the price of the other big chains.....Days Inn Corpus Chisrti south was a wise decision
