The Radisson hotel is uniquely designed, obviously built in the 70's with an updated appearance. The lobby is very nice and comfortable, the restaurant food is very good and the staff very friendly. I was pleased with my stay even though they are still renovating and adding new carpet to the hallways. I was impressed with the lobby bar and the piano. They should have someone playing the piano during the evening hours. I inquired about meeting rooms, but they will not rent them unless I can give them guest rooms also. Overall experience was excellent.

The Best Hotel In Lubbock!

This hotel is great! I found the employees to be more than helpful, and the rooms exceeded my expectations. It's hard to find this kind of service in Lubbock!

terrible service!!

i booked this hotel because we wanted an indoor swimming pool, i didnt know i should have had to ask if it was under construction. so we didnt get to swim which was a big disapointment. also they messed up my reservation, put us in the very last room in a very very dirty part of the hotel that was also under construction, there was trash every where that u had to step over. they did nothing to try & make this right. very rude staff

Worst customer service

The staff was not willing to help when there was a problem with my toilet overflowing. They would not adjust my bill and they did not seem to care.

My clothes were stolen!

Do not stay at this hotel. I had nearly $1,000 in clothing stolen out of my room. At first, hotel employees admitted that a housekeeper stole my clothes and they were going to reimburse me. However, they changed their stories when I contacted the corporate headquarters and refused to help me or return my phone calls. I was lied to and treated without dignity. Please do not give this hotel your business.

Stay in South Lubbock

On my first visit to Lubbock I didnt know the areas to stay. I chose this hotel and checked out the next morning. The evening of my arrival I pulled into the parking lot and a man from the motel across the street came over and asked me for money. This hotel is not in a very good location. The rooms are in dire need of updating. worn carpet and very old bathrooms. I suggest staying off loop 289. much better area and safer.

Great Value, Great Hotel

Hotel rooms are very large, with full size fold-out sofas for the additional bedding you may need. Swimming pool is heated, with waterfalls, and personnel at front desk are the most accomodating I've ever met. AA+ on customer service. This hotel is very close to Texas Tech and right off of I27 and Loop 289 East. Only thing I was bothered about. Ordered 4 glasses of ice and 2 Dr. Peppers and was charged over $8. Ouch!

Loved it!

We've only stayed there once, but we'd love to stay there again. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff was helpful. The best part, though, was the pool!!! Great place for kids too.

I love this place!

The hotel has a full service bar and resturaunt plus a heated pool. The staff was great and the rooms had a refidgerator and a microwave. GREAT PLACE!

The room was below average, maybe a little ruin down. The ceiling had water stains and the tub drained extremely slowly. On the positive side the staff was friendly.
