Best Western Market Center, Dallas

The reason I chose this hotel when searching was because it was very close to the american airlines center, where I was going to a concert. It was also reasonably priced. When I got there, I saw why. The room smelt very musty. The carpet was sticky and stained and so were the chairs. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The air conditioner was broken and the maintenance guy tried fixing it with a screw driver and a can of WD-40 spray (NO LIE!). When asked for a refund we were rudely denied and offered another room of equal or lesser quality. The shower would not work right. This hotel is an all around horror story. If you are looking for a clean family friendly hotel, look elsewhere.
