WORT EXPIERENCE EVER
My family had reservations on the weekend of 12-12-09. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel it was horrible. No one came out to greet us and help us with our bags. No one asked if they could help us ever. There where at least 5 employees standing in the lobby looking for a place to hide instead of a welcome to the hotel. When we asked for help they looked stunned and looked at each to only say sorry we cannot but there is a luggage cart for you to use if you like. Mind you 4 employees behind the counter and not one could help. So we got our own bags, put them on the sideawalk, parked the car, got the bags and carried them to our room. No fridge, no internet($10/ night) WOW $129 a night and I have to pay for internet. No service at door to greet us. Our keys never worked. We had to go down to the front desk everytime to get another key. Everytime i asked for a working key I received every reason why it was not working. I was looking to hear Yes sir, sorry for that let me a get you a working key. If you have any more trouble we will look be glad to help we apologize. What I hear is well the keys become demagnatized when you place it near an electronic device, Did you place near an electronice device....I could not believe they where asking me what I did wrong instead of simply providing me a key. The key was in my back pocket never came close any electronic device, but in the end they knew their problem so they should of had a solution and not ask me 10 different questions before giving me a key. Why was I interogated? Just needed a working key. MAkes sense right? Horrible beds, loud rooms, you hear the elevator go up and down all night long, worst coffee ever, very bad air in rooms, rude service, We had 40 guest staying at the hotel on our behalf and a rented party room, and we never got a hello, thank you, or have a nice day. Rude management and they deserve to be losing money this year. Never stay hear ruined our time meant to enjoy.
