WARNING!!!!

Stay away from this place I warn you... The room was in very bad shape, found bugs everywhere, including in the both beds... Luckily no roaches or bed bugs. Sheets were stained, bed was falling apart. Only thing that worked properly was the TV and air conditioner. I have stayed at many hotels and motels in my life and this is the first one I have found bad enough to write about. I would bet money most of the rooms were in the same shape as ours, judging from the rest of this place. This place may be priced right for the area, but is isnt worth it!!! The posts here that give it a 5 star must have been written by the people who own or manage this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

Affordable and Wonderful Staff!

I stayed here for my business/leisure trip and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere in the heart of city at a very affordable price with great services. The staff was accommodating and extremely helpful (as this was my first visit to Texas). Despite my constant service needs for extra amenities, several "wake up" calls throughout the day, and arranging my sight-seeing schedule for my family, the staff was incredibly friendly and sincerely helpful. Needless to say, I will surely be staying here again on my next trip to Texas.

Pleasant Place

As a Houston local, I stayed at Parkway when I saw my Cowboys play last season. It's very close to the stadium; which is a good thing considering I had one too many at the game! The room was clean and inexpensive. I was okay with the typical things you get in a typical hotel room. I didn't ask for much. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Great Place

Great price for a good location. Walking distance to UTA and only a few minutes from the Highlands (bar/drink/shopping area). Highely recommended for families and adults. We got a great last minute deal, a lot cheaper than the surrounding hotels.

Awesome!

Great place, nice location. My family and I went to Six Flags and the Rangers game and it was only a few miles away. The rooms were nice and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this families and couples who just want to get a away and want a nice room for a great price.

Don't Pick This Motel!!!

When I saw this motel it was a pretty motel!!! When I got in the room there was no microwave and it was nothin but two towels and it was four people staying there. The manager said we could not have NO VISITORS!!! We went to visit my neice but we had to pay an extra $9.99 for just her and she is 8 years old. When we left the next day we had a fun time but when we got back to the motel it was still dirty. We did not have any clean sheets on the bed. They did not even take the trash out. Only thing they did was put two towels in there for four people. If you ever go to Arlington,TX do not come here cause it is a waist of time!!! DO NOT PICK THIS MOTEL I BEG YOU!!!!

awesome service

Loved the hospitality,everything was walking distance, great breakfast, free high speed internet, even gave us rides to nearby places. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone anytime of the year! they even gave us discounted rates!

Worst ever motel experience

The owner of the motel was not customer friendly. The room was not cleaned on time and we got attitude when we asked him to get it cleaned. He argued with us giving stupid excuses instead of just saying Sorry and getting the service done. Will never stay here again and don't recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic

I loved this place, i have been here before and it was not that well but now with the new management it is better than ever. All the lastest attractions are right next to the hotel and the ballpark stadium and new dallas cowboys stadium is less than 10 min away.
