Americas Best Value Inn, Cisco

I have stayed in other ABVI locations, which were nicer than this one. I found myself stranded to to automobile breakdown, and stayed here due to it's convenient location and name recognition. The room was reasonably clean and stocked. The BATHTUB, however, may well have been clean and sanitary, but was quite UNAPPEALING! I opted to just wash up in the sink. The desk clerk (possibly the owner), was very helpful in helping me to select a food establishment which would deliver, and in arranging taxi service to Abilene to pick up my rental car.

First of all, I paid $86 with tax for a room with no hot water. When I wanted to complain, there was no one at the front desk. When I made the reservation, I asked if they had that awesome waffle maker and he said yes. When I woke up in the morning, it said out of order. I'd say that I would not recommend it to anyone unless they liked cold water and cold breakfast. The rooms are big but dark since two of the lightbulbs were out in the lamps. I'd say good luck with this one.
