BEST WESTERN Northgate Inn, Pampa

The bed had not been made. Well if you count pulling a comforter up making the bed then maybe. There was still soap from the prior occupant in the shower. My girlfriend and I were charged for more nights than we stayed there. When we disputed the charge the staff lied about the room being used. When I faxed a copy of my phone bill to prove we had called to let them know before the time they had told us to, they still refused to refund our money. . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and were well pleased. It is an older establishment, but has been recently renovated. The rooms were clean and comfortable. That is my main concern, cleanliness, and they did a good job at that. There is a newer hotel across the road, but I was looking for an outdoor pool and this one fit the bill. Also, there is a super Walmart withing walking distance behind this hotel which is a plus. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
