Took a trip down to meet my son in from Afghanistan and daughter n law flew in from Germany. They had items (clothes & jewelry) taken from thrie room. It took 3-4 hours for management to come in to view surveilance tapes. Personnel behind counter never once showed any sympathy for their lost. He returns to Afghanistan in two days. The manager told him on phone that he didn't give a crap (not the word he used) that my family wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. Nice way to send a soldier back into war. Sunday morning my wife discovered half her make-up was missing and we had a food receipt in our bags dated two dates before we arrived.
