The manager was extremely sensitive to our needs

Our truck broke down on I-20E and the mechanic brought us to this Comfort Inn while the truck was being repaired. The manager was extremely kind to us and even offered us help on her personal time after her shift if we needed it since it was Sunday.

We go to Trade days every month ~ I enjoyed my stay ~ the people are so friendly they're almost too conversational in the morning haha ~ I'm staying there again tonight so I hope they have plenty of extra pillows =)

Staff was friendly and accomidating. Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Very good continental breakfast. Pool was clean and very nice and cold A/C in the room. Excellant value for the price and look forward to staying here again.

A clean and cheap hotel

The hotel was cheap in quality but I was impressed with the overall cleanliness and especially the friendly staff. I saw that they allowed pets there when I checked in and almost changed my mind about staying but my room was clean and smelled fine. It is not a five star hotel but it is defenitely a good choice for a traveler on a budget who wants a nice place to sleep.

The room was awful!!!

The sheets in our bed were NOT changed since the last customer, just the bed was made. There was dog hair all over the sheets, sink, and floor. The owner said there was nothing he would do about it. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again. We have a lot of friends that go to First Monday Trade days we have told and they will not stay there anymore, and they are telling there friends.
