Terrible Service...enough to never go back
This place was nice and clean and had friendly staff members at the time I stayed here. I had prepaid through an online company, and when I got there, everything was ready for me and I was a happy customer. However, when I returned home, there was a charge on my debit card even though I had prepaid through the online company. I called them and they said it was their mistake and they would fix it. However, after two weeks, it was not fixed. After calling them back two more times, half of the charge was returned to my debit card. After calling them about the other half, they said it was the parking charge, although when I checked in the front desk attendant told me that parking was free of charge and was included in my amount already paid. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service that guest services gave me after my stay. Not to mention that the $70 charge made my bank account overdraft and I had to pay a $31.97 fee for it. I was not upset and did not ask for that to be refunded. I am a college student and watch my money carefully, and I tried to fix this problem as many times as I could. I called and complained, not asking for the refund or anything, just to tell them my experience and how they should try to do better and he rushed me off the phone not wanting to hear what I had to say. Even though this was a nice hotel with clean and comfortable amenities, I will never go there again.
