Very Impressive
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/24/10
I choose theChoo Choo because of location and brand. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff was excellent, friendly and very inviting. As soon as I pulled into the hotel I was greeted pleasantly, at check in the staff was exceptional. They offered directions before I could even ask, I was blown away. The Station House Restaurant was great. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. I have stayed at quite a few hotels but this hotel WOW'd me. When I visit Chattanooga again, I won't have to think twice about where I stay.

Beat Expectations
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/20/10
The staff was very friendly and informative on area locations. Hotel was in an ideal location. Free local shuttle. Everything was wonderful and we plan to stay at the same hotel when we return. We've even recommended this hotel to some very special friends who plan to stay there in the near future when they go to Chattanooga.

One The Best Stays in Quite Awhile
By Adam, 12/24/09
The hotel has been renovated since our last stay. Our room was new, the lobby area was gorgeous. By far the most attentive, helpful hotel staff I have ever dealt with. The Station House was excellent with the singing servers. I will not stay anywhere else in Chattanooga from now on.

Will Return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/22/09
I really did love this place the second time I went back because they had the softest pillows and beds that I had ever laid on. The rooms was really clean and service was real great. They have a great staff!! The food outlets were very good, especiall the Station House. I would go back in on my next trip.. I Highly recommend the hotel.

Where's the Southern Hospitality?
By , 10/31/09
The extra money that you pay for the charm is not worth it. DO NOT go to their restaurants as there is no hospitality. Housekeeping is a joke. They may make it or they may not. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty when we arrived.

Second Even Better
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/29/09
We took a family vacation to Chattanooga in the spring and decided that my husband and myself would return again in the fall. We stayed at the Choo Choo both times, and we were extremely pleased both times. On this trip, we found the staff just as helpful and professional as before. The room very clean and comfortable. The main attractions to this hotel for us are the professional service, the ambiance, and the location. Location was even more important this time, as the free shuttle routes takes you all over downtown. We'll be back!!!!

We Will Return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/12/09
I stayed at the Choo Choo on a business trip recently and we had a great experience. They upgraded our rooms to suites upon check in. The Station House restaurant was great and it has very nice indoor pool . The bell-men were very helpful and quick. The location was great, next to the free shuttle. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/05/09
It was an awesome hotel.Don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to because there is everything there on site (shopping, restaurants, pools). The shuttle downtown-- you don't have to worry about driving and finding parking place.. Fantastic beautiful place!!!! Will return.

Stay at a different hotel and visit the choo choo
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/31/09
What a huge let down. I should have stayed at a different hotel and visited the choo choo. It was dirty and run down. I expected it to be old but this was not worth the extra money to stay here. The TV remote didn't work, the carpet was dirty, trash was left in the floor under the curtain from the previous stay, the hot tub water was green and foamy, and it was not in the best part of town. I would not be writing this review if I wasn't completely let down by this experience. If I had it to do over, I would stay at a different hotel and visit the choo choo to see the train.

Worth Every Penny
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/25/09
I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in July 2009 and had a wonderful time. It was very comfortabe and relaxing. My son absolutely LOVED the pool and I spent most of my time a new hot tub. The room was the most spacious I have ever stayed in and were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent! There are a lot of little shops an several places to eat right on the property, so you really don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. We took advantage of free shuttle buses to get around downtown so I didn't have to worry about my car or parking. We will definetly return in the future!
