BEST WESTERN Franklin Inn, Franklin

We actually ended up staying at this hotel at the last minute for an overnight stop. Front Desk Staff was super nice and helpful. We checked in late and were treated with respect and courtesy rarely found these days. The hotel was super convenient for us traveling Interstate 65 south. There were plenty of restaurants and Shopping Mall nearby to get us fed and on our way in the morning. The hotel was very nice. We were greeted and checked into our room in no time. The Rooms were large and very comfortable with a TV and a large comfortable bed. The internet was free and worked very well. Clean, great food and one of the best beds I have ever slept in! Thanks so much for striving to make this a great place! Will see you again.

I would never recommend this motel to anyone. In fact I'd say find another place to stay and FAST! Our shower had a leak that sprayed the ceiling, the floor, and me. The shower head was too tall for short people to adjust. Our room wasn't properly cleaned. WE stayed from Friday night to Tues. morning. Our beds were only changed one time during our stay. IT was only changed then because we left a note requesting it. The housekeeper took all our soap and didn't leave us any. I had to go to the front desk and ask for more soap. The couple with us weren't left any wash cloths. My friend called the front desk for the washcloths. She was told they would be given the next day. She asked what she was to do for that night and was told by the desk clerk "I don't know." THe rooms were not cleaned other than the used towels taken from the room. Otherwise the trash and stuff was left in the room. The aircondition unit sounded like a jet plane breaking the sound barrer. Too noisy to sleep. The outside noise was terrible too. We were placed in the back because it was quieter we were told. Really more noise bad for sleeping. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful but over all this was a bad experience. I spent five days and paid for at time of check-in . After leaving and reveiwing my credit card statements at home found a over charge for two days after check out . Matter not yet resolved .

We spend 2 or 3 days here every year, and are too happy to look any place else---CLEAN, good bed, nice staff, very nice and new TV, and especially enjoyed the friendly and efficent lady serving breakfast with a smile (the French Toast made one at a time was a nice touch...). This motel has been recently renovated, and while it is still somewhat basic, it is just comfy and fine !

We reserved 4 rooms this past weekend to meet up with friends who live in Franklin. Our rooms were clean and updated. Comfortable king size beds and plenty of hot water. The pool was very nice and this hotel was easily accessible to everything. We just thought the complimentary breakfast ending at 9:00 a.m. is a little too early for a weekend. However, there are restaurants and shopping within a short walk. We would stay there again.

Just a basic motel, but the room was very clean. The staff is very nice & friendly. The breakfast was good-the food was all fresh. The pool is pretty good too. Good value for the money. Would definitely stay there again.
