Poor service

Forgot some property in our hotel room. We are absolutely sure of it. Called 5 times in 2 days, left 3 messages. After getting by the phone guard at the front desk, the Executive Housekeeper finally called us- said nothing was found, voice tone was like we were bothering her. Another time we called about a phone charger- said none was turned in- then we go to the front desk and she gives us a box with about 30 chargers in it and says to go through it. What a crock.
I say to double check, although we thought we did, don't leave anything in your rooms at this hotel- thier policy for lost and found is very poor, they do not return calls unless you threaten to talk to manager, the elevator has been broken the last 2 times we stayed there, bathrooms are outdated, limited television stations. The location is good and that is about it.
They really don't care how they treat their guests after you have paid and they have your credit card information. We found you get better service at the Ramada on W. 12th Street.
