Ramada Convention Center, Aberdeen

Not pet friendly, did not tell us upfront the fee for the pets. Claimed our pets tore up the room and peed all over..not true. Said we left the room with ashes all over the floor and trashed the room..wish I taken pictures of the room when we left. The free breakfast was always the same, I am lactose intolerant and I should not be limited to what to eat. The bar and the staff were very rude. Ordered room service, the servers asked if we wanted the change back out of a $100.00. The food was expensive and terrible. They will lie just to get more money from you. I was told my the manager I had enough points for 2 free knights and the lady said I did not. I would not waste the money or the time staying at the hotel. The matteress were old and way too soft, pillows were the same. I ended up cleaning my own room because the bed-makers would not stop. Avoid this place at all cost.

We stayed in a poolside suite. The room was great and the employees were even better (except for our waitress in the bar - she wasn't the brightest). We will definitely stay again if in the area!

I dident like that your building had black mold in it. Very unhealthy i do hop you start thinking about peoples health that are staying in your building But your maids are very nice and very wellcomeing.
