I agree with Poor Maintenance

I too am an owner since 1994 and have watched the decline of service and housekeeping. My last stay was in 1994 and am in fact going tomorrow for my 1996 stay. After my return in 1994 (before it changed to America's Cup Inn), I wrote a letter with a "laundry list" of complaints and sent photos of my unit. I did not receive any feedback or acknowledgement; only my bill for 1996. I visited during November 2005 and that is when I noticed the change of ownership. I will review when I return.

Poor Maintenance & Upkeep

The building has not been maintained for serveral years - Cleanliness was another concern. I have been a time-share owner for quite some time and the unit-building has been neglected. I understand there is new ownership this year, 2005 and hope to see improvement in building maintenance, service and cleanliness.
