Yuck!

I thought this was a horrible place to stay. There was constant thru traffic in the lobby and with the doors opening and closing all day the lobby was about 100 degrees. In the morning, about 20 people were waiting inside the lobby for transportation to pick them up for work. There was an old musty smell to the entire place. Wallpaper was peeling away in the banquet rooms. Some staff needed attitude adjustments. Parking was weird. There's a sign that says $3 but no one at the gate. So you never know if you'll get ticketed or towed or if it's just a sign to keep general public out. Rooms needed updated and/or a good cleaning. I didn't even feel comfortable taking off my shoes. This is about the only place to stay in Wilkes Barre and my recommendation would be to stay a little further out of town and travel in if needed. Even at the low room cost, I was very disappointed. Overall a very gross experience!
