I can't believe this is a Sheraton!

This hotel has to be the worst property in the whole Sheraton franchise. The rooms are musty, dirty, and the place is not very well kept. The staff was very unattentive and lacked basic customer service skills. Just a very bad experience over all.

I disliked most of the experience. My sheets were old and wet. The weather was cold. The air proved to be quite dry yet filled with a dank smell of must. I did enjoy leaving though.
