Pictures are deceiving, Be careful where you stay!
We reserved this hotel through our Trip Rewards Program. What a disappointment. Our room was on the second floor. Beware, no elevators in the hotel. We asked for a luggage cart, oops, don't have any. We were in an inside entrance room, the hallway smelled of smoke and other bad odors. The carpet in the room was dirty and smelly, I bought Febreeze and sprayed the drapes and carpets. The bathroom was clean, but really needs updated lights and fixtures.
The breakfast buffet consisted of small boxes of cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, apples and a couple pastries. This is not included with your room. You must pay $3.99 per person for this. I was told the coffee was complimentary, and was until the last day we stayed and then we were charged fifty cents for it.
It actually became like a bad joke, but since we had used trip reward points for part of our stay, we did not want to lose them. We just spent very little time in the room.
The entrance was very shabby and dirty, with a sign on the door that read, "Clean the mud off your boots before entering". This should have been my first warning!!! Really, clean this place up!!!!! How disgraceful to have the "Ramada Inn" name on this poor excuse for a hotel!!
The one positive thing I can say is the staff was friendly.
