Great for one night's stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/14/07
We booked this in advance for a one-day trip to Sesame Place. Upon check-in, the woman at the front desk could not have been more unfriendly. When I asked her for a menu for the Inn's restaurant she mumbled, "there should be one in your room" (there wasn't). When we checked out, though, there was a different clerk who clearly took more pride in her job and was very friendly. The place itself looks like an average, budget-traveller hotel. There is no indoor pool which disappointed our kids, although there was a large outdoor pool. Our room was on the second floor (warning! hotel no elevator, so don't bring lots of bags or you'll be making several trips back to the car) near the pool and smelled like chlorine. The patrons were mostly all families with young children, but the hotel hallways were surprisingly quiet. The complimentary full buffet breakfast the next day was a nice surprise and loaded up the kids so we didn't have to stop again for food on our 5 hr trip home.

Nice for the price
By ZZeeCash, 06/23/07
I stayed a couple of days in Levittown and I was happy with my room. This Ramada is a little difficult to get to, but once I knew my way around, everything turned out OK. I flew in and out of Phildelphia International and the location of this Ramada in Levittown was convenient. I will stay here again.

Very unsatisfied
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/21/07
The manager of this hotel was not ever available during our stay. A callback was promised to us and this did not occur. Our dissatisfaction was not resolved. Sesame Place is wonderful; just don't stay at the Ramada Inn. If you do stay, and you want a non-smoking room, be aware that the whole non-smoking hall stinks like smoke. Our room was skipped over when it should have been cleaned. The affiliated restaurant was dirty and there was no staff to help. They also stopped putting out new breakfast at nine when they didn't close it until ten.

Great
By A Yahoo! User, 06/20/07
We stayed here because it was close to Sesame Place. It was great. The pool and the park was great for the after the park days and the grill in the hotel was great. I asked for extra tools and we had them in 10 min. It was easy to find and get to the the other places around there. We also eat at Pizzera UNO very nice and there are 7-elevens and Rite-Aids all around. To get from the hotel to Sesame Place Make a right at the hotel exit then at the first light make a U-turn. Go all the way to Linclon Hwy and make a left then go to Oxford Vally Road make a right and then go 2 blocks and make a left there is a sign. Parking is $13.00 per day. Great service and breakfast. Very good and would stay there again. Yes clean too.

Never Again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/11/06
This hotel is not far from Sesame Place. However, the hotel is not in a great neighborhood & is difficult to get to/from because there are no left turns permitted. All the U-turns required are inconvenient. But that's not the worst of it ... Our room had a moldy/mildew smell that got worse if you turned on the air conditioner or fan. Also, the floor was wet in spots and the bathroom was not very clean. The continental breakfast was ok, and the service staff were friendly, but that's not enough for us to go back and stay in another stinky smelling room.

Nice stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/28/05
The stay was comfortable, and all the normal amenities were there. The overall condition was very good, and the staff was very friendly. It was a good deal. I'll see them again.

Great place for kids
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/23/05
We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn. We stayed there maily becuase of the location, being so close to Seasame Place. We got the package deal. The rooms were clean, when you first had walked into the hallways there was this over powering smell of bleach or some kind of cleaning product. The staff was very nice and when we called up to the front desk for towels, they responded very quickly. The best part was it was geared towards kids. They had a clown show that evening for the kids right at the hotel, they had a nice playground and big swimming pool. I would stay at this hotel again.

Never again
By StaceyN, 06/13/05
From the day we made our reservations, we were given nothing but misinformation about the rooms, availability and price- The proximity to Sesame Place is fair, however, it's not in the best neighborhood and there aren't many major restaurants around. The playground is nice, but not great for real little ones. We needed something repaired in our room and it took them 3 days to do it, they just seem to need to get their act together!

Great Sesame Place Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/26/05
Perfect for your trip to Sesame Place. Inexpensive. Newer rooms, convenient parking. Nice playground. Decent breakfast. No left turns off the main road is a little bit of a pain to get used to. Also, try to get a first floor room as there is not an elevator. If we return to Sesame Place we will definitely stay here again.

clean and convenient
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/28/05
I have stayed here several times and it is clean and the price is fair. Hoever they gave me the corner room next to the stairs on my last stay and after an hour of hearing the door slam and people trampling up the (loose) stairs I asked the front dest to move me, the manager became rude and arogent at the prospect. Hey Mr. Manager fix the stairs and the slamming door and you could make that room comfortable!
