Never again!

We booked the room online. My daughter has asthma and I also have allergies. When we arrive our room had a very perfumey odor. I immediately started itching, losing my voice etc. My daughter needed her inhaler. When I went to the front desk within minutes of checking in they did not want to refund me my room rate. In fact they were very rude and did not even want to help me. Finally, the girl at the desk got the manager who agreed to refund my money. Although he also made a snide remark asking if I had some type of machine that was reading how dirty the air was in the room. I must have wasted an hour of our time in the office. I think they were hoping I would just go away. We ended up at Howard Johnson's and it was great!
