NEVER want to go back!!!!!
By NOT want to stay, 09/28/08
We ordered this hotel on priceline, which was mared as 3 star. When we arrived there, the room was in second floor. It was so lound, just next to platform of the whole hotel air conditioners. LOUD!!!!!! Awfullllllllll!!!!!!!! Sooooo dirty inside the room!!!!!!! We could NOT fall asleep. We could see the dirty cigarrettes, dirty bottles, and dirty air conditioners out of the room window, which were on the platform. We could NOT image priceline marked that as 3 star. Even motels are much better than this "3" star hotel!!!!!!!!!!! For the price we paid, it was ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unforgettable weekend
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/15/07
We arrived for a soccer tournament along with 4 other teams from the same area. We were one of the first to arrive, lucky enough to secure a "parking pass" that costs $6 per day. The later groups were not so lucky, as the hotel ran out of these - if only that was the end of it. For a top notch chain, service was horrible. The staff all seem to be aware of how bad it is, and maybe that is why noone seemed to care if no help was available - whether it be the restaurant, housekeeping or front desk. They have you by the horns as this is the only hotel with a bar - and with a group this large the parents all needed a place to go while the kids were out and about. Don't know about next they next year...hope management steps in and fixes their flaws.

Not in nice place
By Rebecca L, 11/28/06
So- we got there after dark which was a mistake. There is nothing to do in the surrounding area. We were told not to go out after dark. There was one nice local resturant besides that of the hotels (which cost us 25$ per person.) The resturant was beautiful, as was the bar area. However when parking is extra, the room itself was pleasant, but you could hear neighboring rooms easily. The bathroom was okay-- but the tub was grody. The toilet seat was dirty as well. The pool is really tiny, so if there are more than a couple people in it -- (others from other rooms) it can become crowded... also-- it is directly in front of the resturant, so everyone walking past can see you (Im pregnant so it was very uncomfortable.) When we originally got there the staff at the front desk acted as though we were not good enough to be there... sorry I just got done traveling 6 hours-- I am not going to be in fancy dress clothes. There were many business meetings there as well which made for a crowed hotel as the "DHL meeting" all the gentelman were crowded in the lobby. Probably will not go there again. (PS I didnt even pay for the trip because it was a business trip... still have all these complaints. )

WOW
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/25/06
First of all the location...we were told by employees what a great hotel this was previously but while staying there we were told not to leave the hotel after dark. Secondly, my father (separate room) woke up with a huge bug bite on his back and from my room I woke up with scratches/bites on my chest. The front desk was notified but said it was probably the sheets and there was nothing they could do. Then after that a drink was in order and the blender at the hotel broke...without a back up we were stuck. Overall I would NEVER suggest anyone stay there again...and I will NEVER think of it again.

poor services
By J, 09/21/06
first of all, i think they have different standards for discount customers. We reserved two rooms on Aug. 26 on internet with discounts. at check-in, we were told at the front desk that we couldn't check-in until the clock hit 3:00pm because it was not the time for check-in. it was 2:46pm. while we were sitting around in the lobby waiting, they checked in a woman at 2:50pm right in front of our eyes. secondly, after we came home, we realized my daughters had forgotten to take out their abecrombie jackets in the closet, and we called back and were told to leave messages for the housekeeping supervisor andshe would call back.i called twice, and it's been 3 weeks, and appearantly, they have disappointed the customers one more time. joe

Bad service, very expensive dinner in bar
By tmd1973, 08/26/06
After a nice dinner in the bar, free breakfest (I am Priority Club Gold Member) I was expecting a very nice breakfest. It was a free continental breakfest. $3.00 extra for eggs, bacon....a real breakfest. Waited in line for 20 minutes to check in. Only two people were ahead of me.....only 1 person at front desk at 3:30pm The room was the best part of my stay. Crown Plaza always has nice rooms. Business Center computer/printer/copier were not working

Would tell my Mom to stay there.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/14/05
I liked the hotel very much. We went on Saturday night and there was a pretty fancy ball going on in the ballroom. It was great to see all the ladies in gowns and men in tuxedos. The service was great and the room was clean and nicely appointed. They even had a CD player in the room with a CD to help you fall asleep. I would recommned the place to all my friends and family. My only suggestions are newer TVs in the room and a Starbucks for the lobby.
