Looking forward to a return trip.

This place if family friendly and great for travelers on any budget. Front desk staff was very accomodating and had reasonable fees for room upgrades(asking for room with refrigerator) Nice pool. We stayed there for six nights and didn't have any bad experiences. Would have liked it if they replenished the breakfast foods for us late risers.

Not what we expected from a Shilo Inn!

The pool area is small and the jacuzzi and steam room were broken! The continental breakfast was fine, but after eating in our room the maid did not clean off the table and we found garbage between the bed and night stand!

Great hotel

I have stayed in this Shilo several times and find it very nice, comfort and clean. The staff, even housekeeping are such nice people and helpful.

It was very Quiete

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was quiete and the staff was great. They had the best prices in town, and was just as nice as the expensive ones. We spent a lot of our time in the pool. It was a very clean pool and area, and shielded from the wind. We're going back. Give it a try.

People were wonderful and kind

We went to a Holiday Inn Express Hotel at Grants Pass they had no rooms. The reservations were made way in advance. We were sent to Shilo Inn - Grants Pass and Rebecca help with getting rooms for all of us. We slept good and the employees were all so kind and thoughtful.
