Terrible, Terrible Experience
Stayed at the Lakeshore Inn, because of its close proximity to downtown Portland and the view of Lake Oswego. However, on our first night, the power in the room went out. When the manager, Larry, arrived he came through the door berating us with a stream of profanity for using too many appliances. After explaining that all we did was turn on the motel supplied hair dryer, he rolled his eyes and told us to make due until morning. Oh, and this was on one of the hottest night's in recent memory. Needless to say, we immediately checked out. Bottom line: the rooms were filthy and the service was beyond poor. Do not make the mistake of staying here. You've been warned...
