A Splendid Desert Oasis

First off, the view from the rooms...amazing. Especially at dusk. The menu was top notch and what can we say about the mineral pool...ahhhh!

Diaapointing Visit overall

Our room was very expensive, as we wanted a suite to celebrate our anniversary. The suite was just an attached empty room with extra chairs and a small TV- useless. The decor was 1970ish and used...the old bed had a large dip in it! :( The resort was outdated and unkept. Dinner in the Juniper room was fair w/ the game hen special. The casino wasn't even anyth9ing to shout about. Golf course could use a shot in arm or watering. Overall, would not return unless we took the grandchildren for the day to the warm pool.

Our favorite vacation spot.

This year, we gave our grown children the choice of where they wanted to go on vacation, our treat. They chose to go to Kahneeta. They have been to many other places, Vegas, Mexico, California, etc but chose to go back here rather than return to some other location or find a new one. They love the pool, the heat and all the activities. Huge thumbs up

100% Fun in the Sun!!

This resort deserves 6 stars! The staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is the most wonderful experience you've ever had at a price anyone can afford! The grounds are clean and beautiful. I would recommend taking a day to visit the pool alone! With a shallow pool for the kids with bear fountains, to the olympic sized deep pool, not to mention the WATERSLIDE, the entire family can enjoy it. The only down side to it is its location. It is about 45 minutes from hiway 97 and the drive can get a little boring. While your there you also have to hit the CASINO! Big winners come from Ka-nee-tha! Have fun!!!

I Love Kah'Nee'Ta

I love kah'nee'ta because it is so fun. I got really tan and its not that expensive to go.I really like the people around there as well. Thank you for having such a great place.

I liked the pool because it is soooo warm! I like it because you can do so many things there and never get tired from it! I can't wait to go this June!!!

Excellent Get-A-Way

We have made Kah-Nee-Ta and annual trip for many years, now. The location is remote but the scenery is incredible! The sunsets are amazing. Some of the RV spaces are very spacious, with grass instead of dirt. You can't set up tents which can be a problem if you bring a big family. There are many great activities for kids and adults, but we find it just nice and relaxing.

Out of the way, no cell svc, could be a good thing!

Though it is out of the way and there is no cell service that can be a good thing! Gaming is busy on weekends and pretty small. Great for hiking, though it has red dirt, a bit messy for RV's. Pool is great and big. Hot springs can only be seen from behind a fence. There is limited mini-golf, bikes, and other ball sports and the up-keep is so-so on most sports. Horseback riding must be scheduled in advance (1-day). Golf is good, but no shade in summer and very hot. Facilities are pretty good for washers, dryers, showers. Large Tee-pees are a real plus for older kid camping and must be reserved. There is a great river for fishing. Spa is good. This is very remote.
