Overall, Not Bad

The Marriott staff was very friendly upon check-in, even though I was early. My room was on the 9th floor, which pleased me, with a view of 71st Street. The hotel interior itself is spectacular and very beautiful.
My room (a standard room with King bed) was clean upon first check-in. However, I was missing the do-not-disturb door sign and was woken by the maid early the next morning. Also, I stayed 4 total days/nights, and each time I would come back, various cards would be missing from the room. For example, the second day, the little card you put on your pillow to have your sheets changed was missing. (It was there the first day). The second day, the maid did a very lousy job on cleaning the room. Dirty glasses from the night before were still present along with some other things.
The bed is extremely soft-mattressed, which was heaven to fall asleep on but misery to wake up to (backaches, etc). The sink was so small that I had to cram personal items onto it. There was no tissue in the room to be found and the water pressure was very, very low. Room service took an average of 45 minutes.
Other than those things, however, my stay was very pleasant. However, I won't likely stay there again, as the rooms at the Tulsa Hilton are much nicer.
