BED BUGS!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/15/11
I made a reservation to this place for some drivers of mine because all the hotels were booked, they said that the room they were going to stay in had bed bugs and decided that sleeping in their trucks was ten times better then this place. Cheap or not that is nasty and people need to have better cleaning services.

Awful!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/22/10
What a nasty place. We tried to leave and asked for a refund, but were refused. We will never again stay in any of their locations.

Never again
By Barbara, 2/1/10
This place is a dump. We were forced to stay here due to ice storm, and not being able to find another room anywhere. The place is not clean. Phone in the room doesn't work. Out of 4 lamps in the room, only 1 worked. Couldn't see half of the 12 channels available on the TV due to snowy interference, including the local abc station. One of the keys to the room didn't work. No coffee or cups in the room. And very noisy. Doors banging all night. Kids running up and down the hallway all day and half the night. Internet service worked only half the time. And as dirty as the place is, they don't accept pets.

Filthy Crackhead Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/29/10
We intended to stay in the hotel due to an ice storm and power outages. However, when we get in the room there are pubic hairs on the sheets, food in the microwave, no TV and the whole room is absolutely filthy. Needless to say, we demanded our money back and did not stay. Never again!!! Do not stay here unless you need drugs or some kind of disease.

no complaints
By Pamelassue, 9/14/09
I had no complaints with the room and the staff was very friendly. I can not imagine that a room would have dirty sheets.

I will never go back
By Me, 10/27/08
The sheets in Suite 154 had not been changed on the bed. The hairs from previous occupant(s) were all over the bottom sheet. There were numerous spots of blood as if the person(s) had been bitten, possibly by bed bugs. The suite overall did not smell clean.

Rates among worst
By ann, 11/29/07
There was no phone service in my room. When staffed asked, NO ONE could do anything. Not a safe place to stay without phone service. Walls paperthin - too much noise. Promotes exercise room, room filled with storage items. Faucets in bathroom leaked all night.

Will Never go there again!
By Julie, 8/4/07
I can not think of one good thing about my stay at this hotel! It was Awful!! The pictures are very miss leading, they show a nice room which is 180 degrees from what I stayed in. The room had dust on just about every surface. It smelled like mildew. It had mildew on all the grout in the bathtub. The door frame to the bathroom was rotted at the bottom, part of it was not even there. The TV was very fuzzy so you could not watch anything. The sink counter was not attached to the wall on one side. Need I go on...

Horrible!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/11/07
This does NOT deserve a 3-star rating! Upon check-in, the rooms were humid & dirty! It was so damp in the room; you sat on the bed and immediately felt the moisture on the back of your pant legs. The manager stated that the a.c. needed to be turned on. This did not resolve the problem. We requested a room on the 2nd level. Upon our arrival to this room, we were in shock to find clumps of animal fur/hair on the floor, a sloppily made bed with dirty sheets, a bathtub with footprints and heavily molded tiles. To boot, there was this unidentified dried up substance on the side of my nightstand. The front desk with an apologetic tone told me that I can switch rooms, but would not be refunded my money and would have to speak to the management. Needless to say, the management was never available. I have never been in a hotel with such poor accommodations! There was a total of 3 parties traveling with me and each of their rooms were in similar despair! Ramada should be ashamed that their name is associated with a hotel or should I say Motel with such poor & low standards! Furthermore, the location is ideal for those needing to go to Ft. Sill for those boot camp graduation events. So business is prosperous and there is no excuse for the conditions of this motel! If you don't mind a dirty room with questionable sanitary conditions then this is the place to stay. Ramada Corp. did refund me my full 3 days after producing photos of the rooms!
