Really enjoyed this hotel...

We were taking our son back to Case Western Reserve University and the school recommended this hotel. The rates were great, the breakfast was more than expected and the staff was wonderful. We were staying closer to the airport, but will definately switch to this Hotel. It also helps that it has a well-known steak house in the building (Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse).

Will not go Back !!

This hotel was a joke. The pool was closed until further notice and was not even mentioned on their website or during check in. They only have one staff member on duty so good luck if you need anything. The hotel was very dirty, stained carpets and you may as well figure that all nonsmoking rooms are smoking rooms because they all smelled like it.

Awesome

There is nothing to say bad about this hotel. I slept great, the breakfast was prepared with elegance and the front desk people were gerenerous and kind the whole stay. I also enjoyed the selection of pay-per view movies available. The Hyde Park Grille was amazing. I spent a lot of time in the pool to enjoy the sun. I would say that, I would rate my stay a 10 out of 10. Thank You.

Great Place to Stay!

I stayed at this hotel twice and it's been great! It's clean, comfortable, the staff is curteous, and I've had four great nights' sleep there! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Cleveland area. Also, if you reserve at the hotel's online site and have AAA membership, you can get a great rate.
