Cleveland Airport Marriott, Cleveland

Our recent stay could not have been better! The common areas of the hotel are absolutely beautiful! The room was well equipped, beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant was lovely with an eclectic menu. The food was superb and the service outstanding. Even room service was excellent. My favorite though was the customer service. Every staff member from housekeeping to front desk was courteous, friendly and helpful. They really understand the meaning of customer service, We stay in Cleveland every month and now have a home away from home at the Marriott.

This whole place is renovated and is wonderful. I used to stay away, but now it is the only place I stay. Granite counters, wood foyers, large screen TV's (40+" LCD ), pillow top matteress's, and small fridge in the room. The lobby and lounge are fresh and inviting. Airport shuttles and free parking. Clean Pool and gym.

Too close to the airport and in a not so nice part of the city. The service leaves a lot to be desired. After a long traveling day I was looking forward to a nice relaxing evening in my room and ordered room service. My dinner was delivered 1.5 hours later (around 11pm). While waiting for my dinner I tried to iron my shirt for next day but the iron stained my clothes... The rooms are average, at best. I would not recommend this place - for this amount of money you can find something better.

To the hotel seemed very far from the airport. And in the hotel there were wings called Building 1 and the other one Building 1. I know, it sounds very confusing to get to the correct wing to your room because they both have the same names. Like, why couldn't they call it Building 1 and the other one Building 2. The room was very nice, but their heater was so loud that when it turns off by itself, you would hear that ssssss noise. And I think it was silly that you would have to pay for parking, which I guess we didn't have to because we were there on a very late Friday night. Although, the staff were very nice and the lobby was very inviting and pretty. And their beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.
