I WAS SCREWED OVER

I called 3 weeks prior to my trip and made reservations, I told the lady i spoke to that i needed 2 conecting rooms with a couch, we check in get our rooms and when i go in neither room have a couch, so i go back and tell her she gives us a new room, go in and niehter of those have a couch! I called 3 WEEKS before and she said everything was fine, she refused to help me with my situation and acted like she could care less about the problem, so i demanded a refund and i went across the street to KNIGHTS INN and they were very very very kind and accomadated my needs with the couch in the room. I had stayed with this Best Western for many years and i doubt that i will go back now after how i was treated. I never had a problem with them until this time, i was very disapointed in how i was treated, treated with no respect and they could care less that i was there or not!
