Probably the worst hotel stay ever.

We came to Ohio for my daughters wedding and chose this hotel due to the convenience and prior stay experience. Wrong choice. Room was either too hot or too cool, no middle ground. Even though we were gone from 9:30 in the morning until midnight there was no maid service, we had to ask for additional towels due to this very fact. The door key card locked us out twice. People were yelling in the hall at 3:00 in the morning. When we notified the front desk upon checkout, we were told we should have called the front desk as security would have taken care of the yelling people....we were right outside the lobby, we should not have had to contact anyone! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Quality has definitely gone down hill and management doesn't seem to care.

Very Dissatisfied!!

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms smelled awful and there were cigrette holes on the sheets. We chose the hotel because it had a outdoor swimming pool but when we got in it, there were bugs EVERYWHERE in the pool. We waited for someone to clean it and never did. The only nice thing about the hotel that we liked was the location. Very close to the malls.

Locals love this Holiday Inn, too.

The Elyria-Lorain Holiday Inn has hosted two of our family reunions. I have attended and also hosted numerous community and church events and personal celebrations there. You just can't find the quality of service that Janet Taylor, the manager and her staff provide. The banquet staff does a wonderful job and does so with smiles and genuine desire that you have a good time. With other locations to consider for banquets and parties, I still come back to this Holiday Inn for the best!

Great hotel

The room was very large and spacious and the staff were friendly. The location is great with it being close to the nearby mall and restaurants.

Located near the interstate yet no noise.

Clean rooms and a friendly staff makes this hotel a nice option for Ohio turnpike travelers. There is a mall very close to the property for all your shopping needs. I will stay here again when traveling through Ohio.
