watch out for pet owners

i went during a time when there was a family reunion. not only did the reunion monopolize the pool area, their pets (pit bulls) would not allow me and my son to get anywhere near the pool. (they were tied up to the fence next to the pool) i don't mind people bringing their pets to a hotel, but not the ones that are rated as dangerous animals. the hotel management should have given me a discount because i could not use all of the hotels services
 
 
 
 
 
torture chamber bed

My husband and I were very disappointed in our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Raleigh Nc. The suite seemed to have everything we wanted a nice kitchen, and living area than we got to the beds. My dog sleeps in a more comfortable bed. The first night it was after 3pm before I fell asleep from exhaustion, When I woke up I was in pain everywhere, but we stayed another night and that was it for me. Same thing couldn't fall asleep because of the bed. At about 2pm the guests upstairs kept walking around, banging doors, and were outside speaking loudly. It seemed like they were in the room with us. We left the next morning. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody!!!!

Worked for me

Value priced, clean spacious rooms, great breakfast (free). A little slow getting around to cleaning the room, but it wasnt neglected.
