Never Again!!!

This may be the worst hotel in North Carolina!! Room was dirty, mold on the ceiling, trash from previous guest in room, spiderwebs in bathroom, no phone or alarm clock. It appeared that the room had not been cleaned in awhile. The front desk was not helpful with resolving the issues. The health inspector should make a suprise visit to this hotel!!!

Never Comfort Inn

Rooms are very dirty. Musty smell in the hallway and rooms. Carpet is dirty and worn. Sheetts are bed are sideways. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. However, the staff will not let you bring your breakfast to your room. I asked why. They said that food in the room causes bugs. I pointed out that there is a microwave and refrigerator specifically for food. The front desk told me this is for outside food. I inquired as to why their food causes bugs but outside food does not and do they not clean their rooms. This is a very dirty hotel. I will never stay at another comfort inn. There is no comfort about this hotel. This is my first and last visit to Wilmington NC

Enjoyed our stay...

The room was nice and clean, the bedding was nice and we liked the upgraded bowl sink /cabinetry in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was courteous as well.

Exceptional Staff

Our 2 night stay was ok. We opted for a smoking room which was a mistake. The smell was overbearing. For a smoker that is bad. The beds were horrible. Mine actually was shaped like the letter V. The staff was amazing. Clerks were helpful and went above and beyond to help us find our way around town and getting directions out of state. I would stay here again but not in a smoking room!

A very good nights sleep

Our stay was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. This is the first time in a long time that I have been able to sleep. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. Great choices for breakfast. We will be staying here again.

Dirty. Staff was inattentive, i.e. no coffee at breakfast just excuses. The elevator and room carpets were dirty, no vacuuming lately. Never again this particular Choice hotel.
