Convenient But Could Be Better

This place has very nice suites but the carpet in the rooms are horrible. They look as if they have bacteria from 20 yrs ago. Loved staying there except for that. Also, the concrete in the back and on the right side of the building needs to be repaired. I almost fell on the cracks.

It should be called Extended Stay-Away

Where should I start? The french fries and garbage under the cushion of the living room chair., the beat up funiture, the bugs we had to kill, the stench in the hallways and the room, two 27 inch TVs in the living room-1 working - 1 not, magic marker writing on the bedroom wall, the broken knobs on the AC units, the boogers on the wall in the bathroom, or the dust clogged airvent also in the bathroom. Not to mention the potholes in the driveway a small child could drown in, the medium sized dorm refridgerator did not fit in the spot in the kitchen so it was placed in the living room area. We should have known better when the wooden front door of the hotel was missing half of its finish. On the positive side the lobby was nice and had a piano. If you plan on staying there, bring the bug spray and the air freshener. Never again!

Even the room carpet was dirty and the walls dirty, and no room service for clean towels...the thing that clinched our visit was the kids finding 3 open condon wrappers in the nightstand drawer. I think the hotel is in a great location and the room layout is great. But the housekeeping service was terrible. Even we would call prior to 7 am for service, upon our return after 4 pm,,,,there would no clean towels and the beds unmade and trash still not taken out.

We will go again

Liked the price, friendly staff, liked the room set up, and it was quiet. The parking was a tad small, and the room need a bigger refrigerator, but the kitchenette was stocked with pots, pans, cups, and stuff. Enjoyed the fact that the outside door could only be entered with keycard as well as the room door, was an added comfort of security. Liked the location, not too noisey, and close to groceries, and a great restraunt Briggs. We stayed the night to get away from the kids since we had a babysitter in town, it was very relaxing. We plan next time the grandparents visit we will stay here again, let them have the kids and the house, we want the peace and quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful, and check out and it was a breeze, we even got a late checkout, (which for a parents getaway is nice).

Not to bad for the price

Rooms were spacious and service at front desk was ok. There were a few improvements needed, but for $63 we made no complaints. Housekeeping was lacking even after we requested service.
