We stayed one night at the Ramada with a military rate (excellent). The Quality Inn was for the second night because the ramada was booked. The cost was higher than the Ramada and the facilities were out dated and in need of an update. We went to the hotel resturant for breakfast...we waited for 5 min to be seated and then 20 min for someone to bring a menu, coffee,???..I then went to the front desk to complain about the service and all I got was not my job...deer in the head lights look from the desk. After 25 mins we left and got breakfast down the road. I will never stay at this hotel again and if given a choice Quality Inn will not be a hotel I stay in again....this is the second bad experience at two different Quality Inn...Don't do the Sacramento CA Quality Inn either.
