Queensbury Hotel, Glens Falls

It was the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. No rooms for smokers, no good food, no helpful people, cold coffee. It was in the center of town but it had horrible service.

Nothing special about this hotel. Built in 1922, rooms small, bathroom looks 1922 with no curtain on the window. Had to hang face towel on the window. The front desk was not helpful at all when asked about things to do in the area. The room was very clean and the hotel is well kept though. Probably wont stay again just because I"m used to staying in a little fancier hotels. This one is...........just ok.

When going to a hotel for the first time your are not sure How the stay will be it turned out to be a very nice time for all my family we where there for hockey and ski weekend in late January the staff was very helpful the food was good and they did not empty your wallet and the room rate where was very for the services you receive just a great find will be going back next year for a longer stay.

An old style hotel, kept up to date with amenities and decor. Clean and friendly in a good downtown location. Walk to dinner but have breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We'll go back.

I had my pary there it was awsom i will go back the pool was lovley it was so raslxing whan your in town defenetley go here you will get treated great I toatly suggest this hotel!!!

Very nice hotel. Stayed with a group that had lots of children. Staff accomodating. Kids had a great time at the pool. No continental breakfast available, but a great breakfast buffet in the restaurant that was reasonably priced. Nice comfortable beds.

The hotel was nice on the inside but I won't go back. My room was freezing all through the night I turned the heat all the way up but it didn't help. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I never know what to expect when arriving at a new hotel. I was very happy with what I saw when we arrived. The hotel is nice in the lobby and I enjoy that kind of atmosphere. Our stay was quiet and with the excception of the shower(kinda' mildewy), our room was clean and ready. I do not know if the staff is nice because we did not require the help of any, since we had everything we needed. Other than the girl at the desk who was very nice. I regret we did not have bathing suits with us to enjoy the pool, it smelled so clean and would have been alot of fun. Other than the stale cigarette smells in the hallway and no breakfast included in the stay,I was VERY satisfied with the stay. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to those staying in the area. Close to stores, food and exits. Glad we went. Also.. we needed a few extra minutes to check out due to some emergency circumstances and the hotel was MORE than understanding, that will keep me as a customer when staying in the area.
