What a Disappointment!
This place was a terrible disappointment. The parking lot has an excellent view of the marina. The Sales Office and Harborview Conference Room have excellent views of the parking lot. Upper rooms may have a good view, but beware being stuck in the building across East Broadway. Trotting luggage across East Broadway is a nasty job, and potentially very dangerous! (No crosswalk.)
Building J fronts a brick-lined alley. The room appearance and cleanliness were acceptable, but hardly worthy of terms like "luxury" or "resort." The one window looked out onto the exterior stairs/walkway, the other had a speactacularly unattractive view of the back-end of an adjacent building, back stairs, part of a roof. Lighting is dim. The King bed sagged; the substandard-sized pillows were lumpy foam; and the every time the heat went on, it emitted an obnoxious klaxoning that awakened me. One very uncomfortable night. And a grossly overpriced one at that.
One very, very expensive mistake. I cut my reservation short and checked out after the first night. This should be a great location for a lovely inn, but it is designed to maximize shop rents and meeting room sales, not hotel accomodations.
