Customer Service at it's Best!

The Marriott Hotel Albuquerque turned out to be the the ideal stay for us. At first we were a little wary about the room size and the non-smoking policy; we had checked into the only room available at that time. However, upon taking a "smoke break" in their lovely pool area, we were overheard complaining about our non-smoking room by none other than a hotel supervisor. He not only responded to our complaint, but offered us a room change for no extra fee. He was very congenial about our ordeal. We did not receive the supervisor's name; however we stayed during the week of May 16th, 2004. (Check your booking guys-this man was excellent!!). We just wanted to send a huge THANK YOU!!!! for actually listening to your clientele, and for the quick response.
