Great Place to Stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/16/07
I liked the fact that I was able to check out as late as 2pm, and that the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. When I called a week later to check about a billing error, the staff were helpful, and took care of the problem immediately. I am definately staying again, and would recommend this place to friends and family.

Service with a Frown
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/08/06
Attended a conference and no early check in was permitted. Checked the desk at 12PM and was told to wait until 1PM. At 1PM was told normal check in was at 3PM. Went at 3PM was told it was staff turn over and the room wasn't cleaned yet but to wait another half an hour. Finally another desk clerk got the brilliant idea not to go by the room assigned and let me have another room number that was ready. A real front desk goat rope!!!!!

Exellent hotel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/08/06
I just spent a night at this hotel but really enjoyed my stay. The service was terrific, and the lobby is beautiful. Also has free onsite parking, as well as a great fitness room. My only complaint is that the walls were rather thin and I heard a fair amount of talking from other rooms. Oh, and they came around to turn down beds at 9 p.m. -- way too late for me!

Bad service, poor location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/20/06
Front desk service was rude and condescending when I asked about a billing error. Location is not convenient to much of anything. The room was average, the rest of the hotel is nothing to write home about. Do yourself a favor and stay in one of the many other hotels in the area.

Wonderful Stay!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/02/06
This was a great place to stay!! The beds were big with great bedding and lots of pillows. The hotel staff was very helpful. Gave us great directions to everything we asked about. The atmosphere was very relaxing with luxury. The restaraunt there was a little pricy. Would stay again anytime!!!

We can't wait to go back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/13/06
I went there with my family of two kids and we just had a blast. The service there was awesome for the front desk to the room service. The dining room was so good I felt like i was eating in different places around the world. Thank you for giving us such a good time!

Bravo
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/23/06
The room was clean, the staff was courteous and the service was terrific. The decor of the place was warm and inviting. The bar in the atrium was nice. We had a couple meals in the restaurant and I recall the breakfast to be outstanding. I was surprised at how we seemed to have the whole place to ourselves(we were there in early May '05). As far as location is concerned I will say that it is good distance from most of the attractions in Albuquerque except for the Sandia Tramway and the Sandia Casino. Yet since it's just off the interstate it's very easy to get where you want to go quickly. Also being north of downtown makes the drive to Santa Fe a bit closer. The proximity to several good restaurants is a strong point though. I would recommend the Marriott Pyramid because it's a great value especially if you're a federal employee like me!
