Dissapointing
My party and I travelled over into New Jersey from Philadelphia to try and get a better deal on a hotel. That was a mistake.
The Howard Johnson looked nice from the road, but in reality left a bit to be desired. The reception on the television was snowy. Carpet was ripped away from the wall by the cooling unit and there was a groove in the ceiling.
When I went to take a shower, I discovered a dirty, stained washcloth hanging on the hook behind the door. Then, the drain was nearly clogged to the point where I had to stand in two inch deep water while showering.
The next morning, the continental breakfast left a bit to be desired, although the breakfast buffet was restocked when asked about.
There was a lot of road construction right by the hotel, which made it a pain to get in and out of. The whole highway had a barrier in the middle of it, making navigation of the whole town rather difficult.
If I ever go back to New Jersey(which is debatable, given how rude everyone was) I won't stay here again.
