liked the New Management

I want to start off by saying that this hotel is not luxurious. Nor is it meant to be. It is supposed to be an economy hotel and that is exactly what it was
I must say that when you get a room within $100 just 20 minutes from Times Square, everything is alright. But this hotel is a value for money. You get what you pay. If i would have seen the reviews for this hotel before going there, i would never have gone there, but i think this is a new management and for the first time, i have met the manager of the hotel and known him personally, they are really trying to do something better this is what i felt. Gentle man named Al and a lady called Gia, are very wonderful persons (apart from Managers) and the house keeping staff is oldage but they are very courtesious.
When we got to the room, I was pleasantly surprised to see that room was very clean. It may not have been in the best of shape with the decorations, but again I state this was an economy hotel. I was very happy to see how nice and inviting the room seemed to be.
I would go there again and also ask those who had bad time before, go there once again. Though they didnt have a breakfast but they have IHOP on premises. Location is the best, far from the NY City traffic still just about 20 minutes drive to Downtown.
Overall, we were only staying in the room one night. This is because we wanted to spend the day in New York City and sleep overnight without paying an arm and a leg before we headed home again. This hotel was perfect for that need. If you are on a budget and would like to spend the evening in New York, this is about the best you can do.
