NICE room, BIG bed/bathroom

I took my daughter with me to visit a friend who lives less than a mile from this hotel and to see New York City. We stayed in room 418 which was a large room, very clean, big king size bed that was pretty comfortable, nice bathroom with a large tub/shower and big vanity area.
The only problem we had was with our room keys, sometimes they would work and others not. The managment was very courteous and made sure that we got into our room, I guess there was a problem with the actual door or something.
There are not clusters of stores or restaraunts within walking distance at all. IF you need to have walking access to these things you would absolutely want to stay somewhere else.
If you are going into the city you should know that you will need plenty of money, no matter what, you should have lotts of money. I went through $350 and didnt even realize it.
You should absolutely eat a MIZU which is a Sushi restaraunt in nearby Little Falls. Order the seared scallops, the shrimp tempura rolls and the filet mignon in red wine sauce SO SO SO awesome and the service is outstanding along with a great casual atmosphere. If Micheal is working ask for one of his tables or if you have a large group ask to reserve a table for the private room...great experience.
Also in Little Falls is a great little salon called Allure Hair Designs, ask for Jill or Christina and treat your self to a great experience and fun atmosphere with very proffessional results. Not pricey at all. Very sweet girls lotts of fun.
The best part of this hotel was deffinately the cleanliness, the room was great and Doc's was OK.
The free breakfast is ONLY on weekdays and so is the free drinks.
