Headquarters Plaza Hotel, Morristown

I had my wedding here and it was wonderful. The service, food, room...everything. it was a great location. Easy for everyone to find. Would reccomend it to anyone looking tohave a wedding in a great hotel.

although i have never stayed at the hyatt, I have been inside it many times, because I live in Morristown. It is a beautiful hotel, with great food, and friendly staff. It is in the heart of Morristown and all stores are right around the corner. The hotel also has a movie theatre!

Food was great, and most of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, that's why it surprised us when the toilet plugged up at 11:30 pm and we were told to use the bathroom (only) of the next room (accessed thru the hallway). It seems "engineering went home early." This less than satisfactory arrangement was not made until the 2nd phone call after 30 min of no resolution or return call. Reception staff also stated they had no access to a plunger which we offered to use ourselves. Imagine hundreds of toilets and no plunger! The next morning when we asked to have the toilet fixed (or send up a plunger) we were told to move our things to the next room - a room we would be checking out of in 3 hours!! There was no apology or attempt to rectify this situation other than a bathroom down the hall. It seemed that once the wedding was over we no longer mattered. Our placecard for the wedding reception (amongst many others) was also misplaced causing a major embarrassment.
