Incredibly Disappointing

-Murphy beds (fold out of large cabinet);
-Rude staff;
-*Not a real Hilton* (name-rental) w/ Hilton prices;
-Out-dated furnishings (ie: tube TVs, incredibly low-pile & thread-bare carpeting, motel-style floral comforters, etc).
I'd have no problem if the price reflected the quality...or if their website was open about the types of rooms offered (or had real pictures of actual rooms available)...or if their staff was actually helpful, friendly and willing to put in an ounce of effort to make my stay just a smidgen enjoyable.
I had a reservation that was made nearly one month in advance and was given a room that I'd expect to see at a just-off-the-highway motel (and for the price of a low-key resort). Very disappointed.
