Atlantic City Hilton Casino, Atlantic City

my 1st visit was 4 months ago and after I tried Ballys,wild west, caesars and I felt very unsafe. Although Hilton is a small walk from the Trop I liked the safeness I felt vand how clean it was. Ballys was dirty and I don't sleep well so i'd go down to the casino and there were so many homeless people in there both nights that I actually feared for my life. I gave away $25 to 3 people who followed me all over. I liked the location but will go back to the Hilton where I felt safe. Wanda in the coffee shop (24 hours) is wonderful!

I was very disappointed when I booked a room with this hotel on Expedia because it had the brand name Hilton, and found out afterwards that it is not part of the Hilton network. I think that is very deceiving. Overall, the rooms were pretty decent in terms of layout and decor, except the bed was not comfortable and there were very few small pillows...definitely not in line with the HIlton hallmark (very comfortable beds and lots of big fluffy pillows). The room service was very good - we ordered breakfast one morning and it came pretty quickly. The food was good and the staff pretty courteous. One night the room was hot and stuffy, and we called the front desk. Within minutes an engineer came and fixed the problem. But the one thing I couldn't get over as a business woman is that they don't have a business center! I was amazed at this. Overall, I would come again because it was a pretty good deal compared to the rates of the other hotels in the area. Lonye of New Jersey

We ate at the Buffet on 9-16-09 the food was ok, nothing more then that. We did not go back for seconds, simply be course the food just did not measure up to what we like to eat at a buffet.The place was old and seating was not the best either. The Casino was alright, and we did win a little money. Getting out of the parking Garage was a another issue.Had to wait a while to get out something was wrong with the gate.Took a while for them to fix it. Just want go back.

Disliked everything about hotel..july 28,09. had reservation,called and informed hotel about late checkin, we were coming from work in phila.Arrived approx 9;45. was told by desk, there were no rooms availabile person behind desk was rude and nasty. she must hate her job, asked for the supervisor. HE WAS ALSO RUDE, ANT SAID THE ONLY THING HE COULD GIVE US WAS A MURPHY BED. for anyone who doesn't know. that is a bed that you pull out of the wall. I didn't know they even had such things in this century..what an experience. we called another hotel and was given courteous and professional service and a clean and modern room. if you want clean room pleasant service and professional service,DO NOT GO TO THE HILTON ............

Our vehicle was vandalized in this hotel garage. Not only did the hotel tell us the garage was not totally covered by security, and they were not willing to help us, the local police department would not even write a report. We will never stay in a Hilton again. The customer service is horrible!! They are great at passing the buck and not returnig calls.

I love the hilton everything is so convienient it like two minutes to get to everything you want. The staff was very helpful we won a bunch of mon ey & ive been back 3 times in two weeks we had such a great experience each time .

I just got back from the Atlantic City Hilton. Stayed there one night. Room was very nice except for the mattress. Worst sleep I ever had in a hotel. I've been in many great hotels and many not so great hotels. The Buffet was very mediocre. Some of the workers there are down right rude. Some are very nice. The hotel is very clean. Nice hotel layout. Would go back, but I may have to bring my own mattress.

I loved the fact that the room was very clean. We got checked out of our room without us telling them to check out. Got back to the room the carpets were still wet from being cleaned I almost busted my behind. The dealers were mean so many diffrent indivual i saw over a 4-5 dayperiod.I could not believe that they are rude to the individuals who pay there check I just wanted to leave.

The Hilton is like a box of QTips, white haired people everywhere. Looks like the people are ready to die. The rooms are Dirty, Nasty, & stained floors. Stains Roll a way YUK! The Front desk staff were no help to us, we couldn't even stay there we went to another casino. We were stuck in the elevators for 15min and security didn't do anything. Don't STAY HERE

I have been going to the hilton before it was the hilton and before that many, many years , had the same slot host for 9 years and they up a fired her no notice to me or my family. also they reassigned us another host , well that host has not called to let us know that. I made seveal calls to the hilton to speak to the president and he has not called me back. this is no way to run a business. Expecially when you are supposed to be an ULTRA MEMEBER. this is not a way that a casion should be doing things in this day and time of the ecomony so bad you would think that they would want to keep all the customers that they have. There better be some good reason why they have done this to us. it is going to take a lot to get us back there and I will take all my friends along with me . L. Schulok NY
