Not a good experience

The room was fine but I left my purse there and I've had an awful time getting it back. They have expected me to pay for the shipping (which I was originally alright with) but it hasn't shipped out for almost two weeks. When I called to complain, I was told I would still be responsible for shipping charges. The service at this hotel is not good. I would not stay there again.

midwinter break

Clean inviting rooms, comfortable bed, quiet spot. Breakfast was more than adequate and tastefully presented. Coffee and snacks available during the day. Staff was extremely courteous. Not far off the highway, yet peaceful. If you are heading up to Maine, or Canada, or down to Boston from the North, highly recommend this. Only seconds from Portsmouth Circle.

Great Time!

Me and my husband and 2 sons (age 11 and 14), stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We wanted to take a "mini" vacation before school started. We went to the beach during the day on Friday and then to town. On Saturday we went To Water Country. The kids (and us) had a blast! This hotel had a great package deal with Water Country (the tickets were included in the price of the hotel). The staff was very friendly and the hotel was so very clean ( a pet peeve of mine). This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and I recommend it to all. We'll be back!
