My girlfriend and I don't mind the losing in your Casino, but when we have to listen to so many people complain about not being able to play for awhile because machines are too tight. Your false advertising was just the finishing touch. There are too many other places that we can go. I have lost probably a $1000.00 a year in your casino. So you won't really miss my money, but I also have told my firends, and in the Senior community , it will spread fast. Please do not send me any more of your advertising in the future, I can't go somewhere that I feel I am being Cheated.

We always stay here when in Carson City

This is a nice little hotel. We love the fact that this hotel is in the middle of all of the places that we like to go when in Nevada- Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, and Reno. Rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly and honest. I left all of my camera equipment in my room upon checkout, realized it 1/2 hour later, drove back to the hotel and a room cleaning attendant had found it and turned it in. The casino slots... I can play for hours and either break even or come out ahead almost every time. The restaurant food is good, but the service was lousy and the wait to get seated also took quite a long time. Overall, we enjoy our stays here.

We were surprised about the food sevice, considering this is a Best Western Motel.

We were pleased with the motel overall. However, we always choose a Best Western because we can count on breakfast, usually complimentary, and on a laundry room. This motel had a restaurant adjacent to the motel, as part of the casino. The service was terrible, but the breakfast was great. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
