taken for a ride

driving all night from tacoma wa to lake tahoe we were anxious to get to the condo we rented from selective accommodations it was the 3rd time we've done business with them we arrived to find someone else in our condo which we prepaid for... after they put us up in another condo for the night we finally got the condo we selected..tony the owner was very sorry for what happened and promised to make it up to us...nothing happened the whole week we were there then he said he would credit our account a discount for the inconvenience that was the end of may 06 its now march of 07 nothing was ever credited to our account. the worst part wasn't that he didn't credit our account..it was that he said he would and never did trust goes along way in business tony and you have lost ours...david nelson,
