Golden Phoenix Hotel and Casino, Reno

every thing is old and ugly, the service is really bad, all the employees are rude,i don,t recomended,even i don'n comeback for free.the food is nasty,

i loved everything!!! great casino and hotel.you dont have to go far to have fun.the casino provides a great hotel,slots and lots of places to eat and drink.I just cant wait to take another trip up there

we stayed at the golden phoenix and it was great. we got the room so cheap it should be a crime and the service was great. we will stay there again. we had dinner at the topps on the top floor and it was so good! this place is amazing! it was the best stay we have ever had in reno. will come back next year.

We checked into the hotel only to find out that the standard room double bed room that my parents had booked was not available, so the nice staff gave them a free upgrade to a premium non smoking room with a HUGE whirlpool,along with a king size bed the rooms are clean, the staff is VERY helpful and we were also given free tickets to a show, we would definitly stay here again, we flew out from Nashville, Tn as my favorite vacation spot is Reno..I grew up in the Bay Area and went to Reno at least once a month, now in TN its still my favorite place to visit...We hope to visit again soon, you will enjoy your stay at this establishment

I had my new truck valet parked when I arrived Saturday evening.I had to leave early Sunday morning so I didin`t get a chance to give my truck the once over ,upon departure. When I arrived home I hopped out only to see that the valet had driven my lifted truck into something that was obviously not as tall as my truck.It appears now that knowbody will even return my phone calls.I filed a report and was supposed to be contacted in several days. STILL WAITING!

I HAVE NO IDEA. NEVER BEEN THERE. BUT I LIKE IT ALREADY CUS IT'S A HOTEL

Be careful with your valuables in valet parking.A $200.00 pair of sunglasses was stolen out of my car while my wife and I were having dinner there.After shuffeling all the required paperwork we were told they would not be able to help us and to file a report with uour insurance company. Management was rude and dismissive.There are many more places to stay in Reno that will give you much better service.

The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is only a block from the main drag, and the room price is very reasonable, even on short notice. I'm sure we'll be back!

All I can say...God, how I miss the Flamingo Hilton!!! Where is your brain??? You are going to mix children playing video games with adults gambling?? Who is in charge over there??? Oh yes, we noticed your outside sign stated"9 restaurants and over 800 slots". WHERE???? You do not have "9" restaurants and not even close to 800 slot machines...either get in the game or get out. And how about removing the rest of the Flamingo pink and green from your building? Looks tacky with your orange and black.

would not stay there again ...no great security...did not feel safe in lobby area.need menu creativity...room eas clean staff was good..needs security in lobby especially near elevators
