Knights Inn Cedar Glen Lodge Lake Tahoe, Tahoe Vista

Stayed here for 2 days with my 4yrs old daughter. There 2 section the cabins area and 2 story building. We got the cabin for a very GREAT deal. Our first room is no 4 which is very small but kind of cozy, but is not a 3-5 star hotel cozy, then I talked to the front desk and ask if I can get an upgrade to a bigger room and YES we got it for the SAME price. The new room is 1.5 - 2x bigger but with the same amenities plus small frig and microwave. The bathroom is small with a shower stall. This hotel is surely is quite. Overall, room and bathroom are nice and clean, service is not really available (which we we are ok about it - of course a daily room clean up is there). Location, across the street is lake tahoe beach, 15 - 20 min from Sqauw valley and Northstar. Don't forget to get a breakfast at Wood lodge cafe is nice. PS. I writing this review inside the their room since WIFI is complimentary at the premises.

We Stayed a full week starting Feb 9 2009. The staff was WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY AND VERY ATTENTIVE. Our walkway was shoveled free of snow every day. The kitchen was very nice. The cabin was cozy and romantic. It was quiet. Short walk to Lakes Edge. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK.

My husband and I stayed at the Cedar Glen Lodge over the weekend and the experience was very interesting. The house keeping staff is not good at keeping the rooms clean. The first room we were shown to had very old melted Ice cream in the freezer. The second room we were shown to hald old popcicles. we stayed in the second room because we were tired of moving. we gave it 1 star.

I think strongly when i say that you must make your directions to places better.But over all I must say your good. !!!
