Howard Johnson Las Vegas Airport, Las Vegas

Motel was under renovation. Continus lies about service and staff. Room dirty. Quoted one price for one type room when upon arrival given other type of room. Bed broke was was injuried and failed to give name of insurance company. Lied from manager on. Nothing worked properly at property. If you value your safety would suggest you do not stay at this property. Would never recommend this property or stay there again.

It good to go when you are on a budget, with some friends to stand guard while you sleep, it is durty, ugly and des not seems safe. But while in Vegas, the least thing you want to do is to stay at the hotel, so anyway, i enjoyed Vegas, but wish i a had the money then to stay anywhere else 2005

It was the worst place ever. They checked me out while I was out shopping. They ran out of towels. They were very indifferent. I witness another customer yelling because he booked a room with a microwave and refrigerator and his room had none. They did not try to accommadate him. I will NEVER stay there again. This is the worst place I've ever seen. It was dirty, the shower didn't work (not that I would get in it), the coffee maker didn't work, there were dead roaches in the bathroom. The staff was no help at all. They directed us to ice machines that not only didn't work, they were not connected to power or water! I can't believe that Howard Johnson would want their name connected to this place.

We had to check into 3 rooms before we found one that had everything in working order. Maid service was lax in replacing towels and leaving toiletries; just about every day we had to go up to the front desk for items the maid 'forgot' to replace - including things like toilet paper (!) The carpets were filthy and yes, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom. We had a non-refundable reservation, so we stuck it out for the duration of our trip but you can be sure we'll NOT return there.

We stood at the Howard Johnson Inn,back in September for Labor day weekend. All of the services were grate until it was time to check-out. The receptionist told us that the comupter was down and could not process any information,therefore she was unable to give us our deposite back. She stated that the computor would automatically send us a check within two days. I called to check on the status and was told by the manager that the check had to be prossessed and we would have a check by on no later than two weeks. Never recieved anything. Called again and was told that it was not prossessed and it would deffinitly be in the mail. It is now November 6,2005 and we still have not recived anything. Our call are not being returned, one time that tried to talk to the manager he told the recptionist that he would call me back and He has not called me back yet.

They got cash from us on the front desk and then they charged from our credit card. When we asked for reimbursement, they never gave it back to us. So basically we paid double for an awful place. Worst customer service, worst management dont go there.!!!!

I won't even bore you with the gory details. I'll just say this is singlehandedly the worst hotel experience of my entire adult life. Foolishly I said it's only for one night and I'll save a few pennies. It was a painful reminder of you get what you pay for. This hotel is not for the faint of heart.

Do not stay at Howard Johnson Las Vegas airport. The staff is very rude. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. Room was very dirty and the tub was very nasty. They are doing renovations and you can see the discusting old appliances laying around. noise in the morning from traffic. No security. very lame place to be in las vegas. they charged me 189.00 for a room that was worst than most low end trailor parks. Please do not stay it is unsafe unsanitary and not clean. there were also a cockroach on the floor next to the bed when I woke up in the morning. the only good thing about this place was the bar. Except I had to wake up the bartender several times, that obviously hated his job. very strange guy and didn't make sence half the time.

I stayed for 4 nights (pre-paid or i would have left right away) The rooms were horrible i was moved three times and the last time someone entered my room and stole underwear(GROSS) The managment didn't care at all Do not stay here
